Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of social media marketing and content creation services by Wowspot Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) to the client (“the Client”, “you”). Wowspot Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 16384696). By booking a consultation or purchasing a service plan from our website (wowspot.co.uk), you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to both commercial business clients (B2B) and individual consumers (B2C).

2. Scope of Services Wowspot Ltd provides independent, expert social media management, personal branding, and AI-assisted content creation. The specific details, deliverables, and platforms managed will be outlined and agreed upon in your specific service plan before the commencement of work.

3. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Consumer Cooling-Off Period We want you to feel completely confident in our services. For consumer clients, this policy operates in accordance with your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, and we extend this same protection to our business clients:

  • Within 14 Days: If you are dissatisfied with the service for any reason, you must notify us in writing within 14 calendar days of your initial payment date. Upon receiving this notice, we will terminate the service and issue a full refund for that initial month.

  • After 14 Days (Day 15 onwards): Once the 14-day period has expired, the payment for that current billing month is strictly non-refundable. Any subsequent cancellation requests will apply to the next billing cycle, and services will continue until the end of the current paid month.

4. Intellectual Property All content, strategies, and graphics created by Wowspot Ltd during the active service period become your licensed property upon receipt of full payment. However, Wowspot Ltd retains the right to use publicly posted content as part of our professional portfolio.

5. Limitation of Liability The services are provided by the corporate entity, Wowspot Ltd. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

  • Wowspot Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data arising out of the use of our services.

  • The total liability of Wowspot Ltd to the Client for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to the Company during the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

  • No personal liability shall be assumed by the directors, officers, or employees of Wowspot Ltd under any circumstances.

  • Note for Consumers: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

6. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
